Cecil met Stephanie Marlowe at Limones restaurant where she makes Margaritas Caliente (you really need to try one), along with whatever else is called for from her station behind the bar. Cecil sat down with Rosetta Star in Jack’s Boxes’ warehouse on a rainy day to talk about her business. It’s clear that Rosetta and her husband have really embraced the idea of a triple bottom line—doing business in a way that is environmentally sustainable, socially ethical and which works to support their family and their employees. On top of that, the food at Rosetta’s Kitchen is terrific!
